Gran Turismo®6 is coming! (new video)

Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. today announced Gran Turismo®6 (GT6™), the latest version of PlayStation®’s best-selling franchise, will be released in Holiday, 2013. The news was revealed today by legendary Gran Turismo creator Kazunori Yamauchi at an event held to celebrate 15 years of the 70-million-selling series.

Sony Computer Entertainment Celebrates 15 Years of Gran Turismo®

Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) will host a celebration of the 15th anniversary of ‘the real driving simulator’ at the world-famous Silverstone Circuit (UK) on 15th May, 2013. The original Gran Turismo® game was first seen in Japan in December, 1997, after five years of development by legendary designer Kazunori Yamauchi, and then released around the world during 1998. The franchise went on to become multi award winning and the biggest-selling PlayStation® title ever.

The Meguiar’s Scion FR-S DLC Has Arrived for Forza Motorsport 4 and Forza Horizon

If you’ve got a copy of Forza Horizon or have the August Playseat Car Pack for Forza Motorsport 4, we’ve got a surprise waiting for you – our friends at Turn 10 Studios and Meguiar’s have teamed up to help us bring the Meguiar’s Scion FR-S to both games as FREE DLC!  Modeled after the real-world Meguiar’s Scion FR-S, the in-game car features the same exterior modifications that made the car turn heads at last year’s SEMA Show. The list of modifications includes custom graphics, a front lip spoiler, new wheels, headlights, and fog lights, and a coat of gleaming yellow paint.

Forza Motorsport ALMS Challenge -- May

Welcome to the third round of the Forza Motorsport ALMS Challenge! After two months of racing action, we’re turning the intensity up a notch with the most powerful car we’ve featured so far in the ALMS Challenge: the 1991 Mazda #55 Team Mazdaspeed 787B. One of the most famous Japanese race cars of all time and the final Japanese race cars to use the Wankel rotary engine, what the 787 lacked in raw power it made up for in steady reliability. A combination of pace and consistency gave the 787B (driven by the likes of Johnny Herbert, Volker Weidler, and Bertrand Gachot) victory in the 1991 24 Hours of Le Mans race, the first and only victory for a Japanese manufacturer in the famous endurance race.
