A critical firmware update has been released for 2.0 liter Subaru AccessPORT equipped vehicles.
Applications:  * 2002-2005 WRX Updated Firmware Version:  * 1.6.0.1-13443
Bug Fixes:

* Critical Fix: Fixed communications for FTDI Dongles (5 pin).
o Fixed communications which was broken in the 1.6.0.0-12994 release.
* Critical Fix: Fixed compatibility issue with version 0 EEPROM
o Caused upgrade from early generation firmwares to stall-out on C logo
o AccessPORTs stuck in boot-up mode must be sent in for service.

Firmware Update Instructions:

1. Connect the AccessPORT to your PC
2. Download latest version of AccessPORT Updater
3. Run AccessPORT Updater
4. Answer all prompts
5. Version 1.6.0.1-13443 will be installed on your AccessPORT
